All braai equipment and supplies remain the property of our company until they are paid for in full.

The buyer is responsible for any loss or damage to the equipment or supplies after they take ownership.

We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule a sale due to unforeseen circumstances, in which case we will provide a full refund or alternative sale date.

We do not accept responsibility for any injuries or damages that may occur during the use of our equipment or supplies.

The buyer must ensure that the equipment and supplies are used safely and in accordance with the manufacturer's instructions.

The buyer must comply with all relevant laws and regulations related to the use of the equipment and supplies.

Payment is due in full prior to the sale.
